My Philosophy

I don’t believe we are broken.

Life can just be tough, and maybe we haven’t yet learned the tools to navigate our challenges with loving awareness.

What is Mindfulness?

In a word, everything.

Becoming the observer of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and body sensations—watching all the arising and passing phenomena—creates space. We create distance and dis-identify.

The result?

More awareness; Greater presence.

My workshops offer beginners a welcoming space to explore mindfulness and self-compassion through guided meditation, sound healing, breathwork, and yoga, all nestled in the beauty of Honolulu, Hawaii.

Together, we create a safe and supportive environment to grow, heal, and connect.
